Calphalon Contemporary Hard-Anodized Grill Pan, 11 inch
A grill pan is always going to be useful, not just for grilling but for toast as well (really, you should try it).
This one from Calphalon is a simple but very sturdy grill pan, which is going to give you some very nice grill markings.
Brushed steel hands, fairly long. It will stay cool on the stove, which is going to be a blessing.
And the pan itself is a good, multilayered, heavy aluminium with 3 layers of non-stick coating. Your food has no change of sticking, so you can freely grill cheese and whatever else you like.
This is a square pan, meaning it will offer more actual grilling space, and it’s 11 x 15 x 2 inches, which makes it pretty large.
This pan is dishwasher safe, and over safe as well, though as with all such items I recommend you hand-wash it to avoid any unnecessary scratches.
